Join Housing Justice for All in Albany on March 14th. 

Kathy Hochul wants to pass her housing plan in the budget: a housing plan filled with giveaways to her wealthy real estate developer donors but NOTHING for tenants and homeless New Yorkers. But we KNOW that a real housing plan MUST put tenants and homeless New Yorkers first.

After all -- we're the ones really dealing with the worst of the housing crisis. Our rents are skyrocketing. Our landlords are always there when it's time to collect rent but NOWHERE when we need repairs. And too many of us have been stuck in a broken shelter system, sometimes for YEARS.

WE ACT for Environmental Justice will join Housing Justice for All on March 14th alongside THOUSANDS of New Yorkers from across the state as we take over Albanyto make sure that ANY HOUSING PLAN that passes in the budget includes basic tenant protections and access to housing for homeless New Yorkers.

This is our chance to pass crucial bills like Good Cause Evictions, the Housing Access Voucher Program (HAVP), and the Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA). It's time that our state pass a budget that puts working families at the center.
