The JustGreen Partnership, in collaboration with Consumer Reports, is excited to welcome you to the first-ever Beauty Justice Business Roundtable Discussion. The JustGreen Partnership, co-led by Clean + Healthy NY and WE ACT for Environmental Justice is a New York Statewide coalition consisting of environmental and environmental justice advocates, healthcare professionals, policy experts, lawyers, and many more organizations advocating for a toxic-free environment. A top 2026 legislative priority for the JustGreen Partnership is to pass the Beauty Justice Act (S2057A Webb / A2054A Glick) in the Assembly.

The Beauty Justice Act is a pioneering piece of legislation seeking to ban the most harmful toxic chemicals commonly found in personal care and cosmetic products women use every day, especially those that harm Black and Brown women in the United States, according to the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics. In order to get this bill over the finish line in New York State, we need our industry allies at the table voicing the same message as us- manufacturing good, safe products is feasible and popular with consumers. The roundtable will be the beginning of a collaboration between industry and advocates to identify ways your business can fight for a toxic-free future, how advocates can best help your business continue to flourish, and most importantly, revolutionize the cosmetics industry. We will be joined by multiple business leader special guest speakers to share their stories and connections to the clean beauty business mission.
